The procedure for making an enquiry for Cycle Hire is to first complete the booking form and return it to me by email or post, I will review your details then contact you to confirm availability & advise on the total cost, I will also give you the option to make a payment, a time limit on your enquiry will be included in our reply, this is necessary because we will have to recheck availability. We require the booking form and payment to be completed 14 days prior to your arrival

We have a drop off point in Tynemouth for your cycles only 100 metres from the finish point & only 500 metres to the Metro station. You could catch the metro which links up with the national rail network in Newcastle or travel on to the Airport if required
I do not have a drop off point in Sunderland, I can not guarantee a collection time because I would have to arrange a personal collection with an agent, a collection time would depend on their itinerary on the day, they will not be able to give an accurate time of collection although they normally make it as close to the time you specify as they can.
Sunderland Roker finish point is 3.5 miles from the station, after cycle collection you will have to catch a bus to the station, you will have a 5 minutes walk as the bus service will not take you all the way, Sunderland station is only a shard line with the Newcastle Metro service, from Sunderland you will have to catch the train to Newcastle Central Station where you change for the train to your destination, national trains from Sunderland are one every hour, metro service to Newcastle Central Station is every 7 minutes you can not use a national rail ticket on the metro service they are independent services.

Your main hire cost is not refundable.
Your refundable deposit can be paid on arrival if you prefer or you can pay with your main payment, your refundable deposit and your cycle collection & return fees will always be refunded in the event of cancellation.
