My properties in Workington and Whitehaven are closed and only open when being used for the purposes of meeting up with customers, you must be booked in for any of the many service's that I offer.

The procedure for making an enquiry for Cycle Hire is to first complete the booking form and return it to me by email or post, I will review your details then contact you to confirm availability & advise on the total cost, I will also give you the option to make a deposit payment, a time limit on your enquiry will be included in our reply, this is necessary because we will have to recheck availability. We require the booking form and payment to be completed 21 days prior to your arrival, your initial contact email should be a full month before your required date

BIKE COLLECTION AND RETURN FEE OPTION PRICE DIVIDED FOR GROUPS SEE PRICE LIST
If you are not returning with the bike a collection and return fee is required, cycle collection & return fee from Tynemouth
I am are booked into accommodation = £170.00
I require personal bike collection at the finish point = £180.00
Returning with the bikes:- you must return the bikes personally by train only (no third party transport) a meeting point for collection must be pre-arranged at the train stations Workington £15.00 or Whitehaven £30.00
You can book my transport if you need to return
Tynemouth Finish
Please specify if you are booked into accommodation, I will meet you at the finish point in Tynemouth or at the Metro Station to collect my bikes You can continue on the Metro which links up with the national rail network in Newcastle or travel on to the Airport if required
METRO SERVICE
Newcastle Metro allows bicycles on its trains, but there are specific rules that cyclists must follow. Generally, bikes are permitted during off-peak hours, which are typically weekdays after 9:30 AM and before 4 PM, and after 6 PM. On weekends, bikes can be taken at any time.
We no longer have service’s for cycle collection in Sunderland. You can travel to Sunderland and stay over if you intend to return with the bikes on the national train service
I use only Tynemouth for our services, for Sunderland if you have booked accommodation in that area use; The Ferry cross the Tyne takes 10 minutes runs every half hour or Metro Train Service takes 50 minutes runs every 20 minutes.

Your deposit is not refundable PAYMENT DETAILS WILL BE SENT ON RECEIPT OF A COMPLETED BOOKING FORM.
Identification will be required for cycle hire
