The procedure for making an enquiry for any of the services below is to first complete the booking form and return it to me via email or post, I will review your details then contact you to confirm availability & price.

Car Transfer to the North East
YOUR CAR DELIVERED FOR YOU TO YOUR CHOICE OF FINISH
Your vehicle can be delivered to Tynemouth or Sunderland (directly to your booked accommodation) and would be delivered on any day prior to your arrival, early delivery must be agreed with your booked accommodation.
Alternatively your car can be delivered directly to the finish point on the day you intend to complete your journey. When transferring to the finish point a parking ticket is placed in your car which should exceed your estimated time of arrival.
In Tynemouth we have a drop off point where you can collect your key which is open 7 days 11am to 11pm food and refreshments are available. Having your car transferred to Sunderland will require a spare key to be available, the key will be locked inside the car on arrival, if you do not have a spare key a personal exchange will have to be arranged.
YOUR BAGS DELIVERED TO YOUR ACCOMMODATION
We open at 07.30
Bags should be dropped off at Haven Cycles by 09:00
Make sure you book accommodation that is open all day, some advertised accommodation do not open until the evening or no one in attendance for certain times of the day. Please inform us of your accommodations opening times.
Please note, Hadrian's Wall & Reivers route prices are negotiated separately and are dependant on the number of bags.
Minibus Service or Return Journey
WITH CYCLE TRAILER
All your transportation requirements along the Coast 2 Coast, Hadrian’s Wall, Reivers, or Lake District cycle routes can be arranged through our third party service providers.
Collection from or delivery to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, or Newcastle airports can be arranged.
TRAIN SERVICE WARNING Newcastle / Sunderland to Whitehaven
No cycles allowed on the metro service which means you have to cycle back through the centre of Newcastle to get to the Newcastle central station (13 miles up hill) this may take you 1.5 - 2 hours. If returning to Whitehaven your train overall journey can take up to 5 hours depending on your connections & cycle accessibility, only 2 cycles allowed on any train.
SUNDAY SERVICE
Sunday service from Carlisle to Whitehaven only 4 trains run starting 2:10pm 5:10pm 7:10pm 9:10pm.
If returning for your parked car be aware that train services return you outside working hours and frequently refuse cyclists.
There is a bus service running from Carlisle to Whitehaven 300 - 301 every hour, on Sundays starting 12.10pm which will take approximately 2 hours, No cycles allowed on the bus service.
A Minibus service may be more attractive.

We can arrange for your repair to be carried at your location, If not repairable we can also arrange a hire bike for your remaining journey

Whatever your problem we can organise your recovery, taking you on to the finish, returning you to the start or relocating you to any point on the c2c, cost dependant on your location.
